Handing over your pup
To begin with, please call or email us. Share details about your pet without holding back. Let us know both the positive and negative aspects concerning your pet. It's essential for us to understand everything we may encounter. Additionally, we must consider space availability. Our operations are conducted under a kennel license issued by the Matsu Animal Control, which imposes limits on the number of puppies we can accommodate on the premises.
Next, please download our Surrender Paperwork. This form requires you to provide all relevant background and medical details about your pet. This information can assist us in gaining a better understanding of your pet. It may also be beneficial for a potential new owner. Rest assured, your personal information will not be shared with anyone. If you can't download the paperwork, we can email it to you or you can complete it here.
On the day of the handover, please arrive at ABR at a time that works in coordination with ABR. Bring items that belong to your dog, such as a leash, blanket, toys, and any food. Be ready, as this can be a distressing time for your pet.
